Airbus Airn@v: A Secure Portal for Aviation Professionals
Airbus Airn@v is a web-based portal that provides access to a range of Airbus services and applications for customers, suppliers, MRO and other accredited organisations. It is designed to enhance the efficiency and safety of aviation operations by offering tools such as flight planning, weather information, navigation charts, performance calculations, maintenance data and more.
To access Airbus Airn@v, users need to have a valid login and password that are provided by Airbus upon registration. Users can also change their password or request a new one if they forget it. The portal is secured by encryption and authentication protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
Airbus Airn@v is part of the AirbusWorld platform, which is the main entry point to access all Airbus online services. AirbusWorld also includes Airbus HelicoptersWorld, which is dedicated to helicopter customers and operators. Users can switch between the different portals using the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Airbus Airn@v: A New-Generation Technical Data Management Tool
Airbus Airn@v is not only a secure portal for accessing Airbus services and applications, but also a new-generation technical data management tool that incorporates all principal technical manuals for Airbus jetliners. It allows users to consult, download and distribute the latest and most accurate technical data for their aircraft fleet, as well as to perform various tasks related to maintenance and engineering.
Airbus Airn@v has three main sections: Data Search, My Library and Troubleshooting. Data Search is a fast, keyword-based solution for scanning the full available maintenance technical data. My Library is a single access point for browsing and downloading Airbus technical manuals. Troubleshooting leverages fault codes and electronic centralised aircraft monitor (ECAM) warnings to identify and locate the necessary documentation.
Airbus Airn@v also includes a demo version of Allowable Part Configuration (APC), which is a tool that helps users to verify the compatibility of parts and components on their aircraft. APC uses the aircraft configuration data and the Airbus parts catalogue to provide a list of allowable parts for each position on the aircraft.
Airbus Airn@v: A Customer-Oriented Development Approach
Airbus Airn@v was developed in a fast, iterative and agile way, using a network of approximately 400 users â made up of customer representatives, as well as representatives from Airbusâ engineering, quality and other functions â who regularly tested the consultation tool and provided feedback on its intermediate versions. The company introduced a beta version in October 2018, which provided valuable feedback from prospective customers and end-users that was integrated into Airbusâ newly-launched airnav X operational version in February 2019.
Airbus Airn@v is constantly updated and improved based on customer needs and expectations. Airbus also provides training and support for users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the consultation tool. Users can access the Help Centre section of Airbus Airn@v to find user guides, FAQs, tutorials and contact information.
Airbus Airn@v is part of Airbusâ commitment to provide innovative and customer-oriented solutions that enhance the efficiency and safety of aviation operations. By offering a one-stop consultation tool for technical data, Airbus Airn@v aims to simplify the workflow for airline mechanics and engineers, while also reducing costs for Airbus aircraft operators. 061ffe29dd
